By using covebase.app or any Cove app you agree to the terms below. Keep a copy for your records — we'll note material changes in the changelog.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Cove apps for lawful purposes. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or use in violation of the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy is not permitted.
Google Gemma Terms
Cove integrates Google Gemma as an on-device engine. Your use of any Cove app is also governed by the Gemma Terms of Use, which we pass through on a dedicated page. Read the Gemma pass-through notice.
Warranty disclaimer
Cove is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI outputs may be wrong. Do not rely on Cove Health for medical diagnosis; always consult a qualified clinician.
Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.
